Craig J. Hyman, CPA Craig J. Hyman has served as Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Home Capital, LLC since its formation in 1999. Mr. Hyman is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Mr. Hyman has recently led the company's efforts to provide the senior community a focused and dedicated service team with the creation of the Cambridge Senior Capital division. This has enabled the company to focus specific resources to support the exceptional Reverse Mortgage products that make sense to many people over the age of 62. Mr. Hyman serves as a member of both the Legislative committee and the HUD, State and Local Issues committee of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. In addition, Mr. Hyman has been an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hyman received a BBA from the Emory University School of Business and has been a CPA since 1986. Mr. Hyman is a supporter of the Mt Sinai Hospital Children's Foundation and the Child Life Center.
Seth Kramer, Esq. Seth Kramer has been President of Cambridge Home Capital, LLC since its inception in 1999, and has been engaged in the residential mortgage business since 1994. Mr. Kramer leads the company's drive to serve the real estate and mortgage banking community at large; and on a daily basis, achieve the bank's mission of helping its customers realize the dream of home ownership. Mr. Kramer appeared on Good Day NY as the show's mortgage expert, and has been featured in the June-July 2005 Queens Tribune issue entitled "How to Succeed in Business...and More" as one of New York's success stories. In 2001, he was honored by Chabad of Great Neck as a recipient of its Young Leadership Award. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Touro Law School and was admitted to the Bar in the Second Department in 1993. Mr. Kramer is a supporter of the Ascent School for Children with Autism.
